Emem Isong Tells Actors To 'Gerrara Hia'
A couple of Nollywood actors have been rated as A-lists and this is based on the fact that they are good with what they do, and have been around for a while.
Beside that, they are known to charge pretty higher than other actors in any movie they feature in.
Some of them are said to charge as high as half the budget of the production costs, and celebrated Nollywood producer, Emem Isong, recently came for them.
Below are her tweets addressing the situation:
In 2004, nine Nollywood A-list actors, actresses and director were suspended for a year by movie producers and marketers for allegedly ‘inflating’ their acting fees.
Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Ramsey Nouah among others made the list, but they were exonerated before long.
