With a growing list of hit songs like Kiss Daniel’s ‘Woju‘, Iyanya’s ‘Applaudise‘, Tekno’s ‘Duro‘ and many others, Dj Coublon has placed himself as a music producer of repute in the industry.
Hence it’s not surprising why UK-based singer, Clinton Adewale Ajose, better known as Clinton’O believes Dj Coublon is the one to solidify his sound.
‘I enjoy working with Coublon. I really think he will be the one to cement and solidify my sound,’ Clinton’O said.
He continued to say, ‘I believe the key influence in my music is derived from my childhood environment of Shita/ Surulere where I grew up with my two siblings. That era exposed me to Fuji music. Every other day, it was King Ayinde Wasiu. I didn’t know it at the time, but I do now’.
Clinton’O studied at Bolton University where he graduated with a BA. Hons in Arts and Design. He’s currently signed on to ‘Cool Records’ and has plans to drop his debut album titled ‘Story’ before the year runs out.
